Hounddog Radio's 9th Birthday Bash

Oh, it was a fine time, friends. We celebrated our 9th annual Birthday Bash on Sunday, June 7 at @tmosphere, right in our hometown of Loganville, GA! We'll be posting more details and some (perhaps a lot of) photos very soon.

That's by far the most acts we've ever had in one show, and quite a diverse group at that. We want to offer our most sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all of these talented performers who donated their time and craft to help us do what we do. We love to say that we support independent and/or local musicians and we do. However, the flip side of that is that many of them help support us every bit as much, including all of the folks on the above list and many, many more. We're grateful to all of you and are honored to call y'all friends.

We were originally scheduled to have Corey Crowder in for a Pickin' on the Porch performance on Sunday, May 17. Unfortunately, we had a miscommunication of some sort with Corey, so the show had to be quickly postponed. We apologize for any inconvenience that this caused. Operation Love From Home (OLFH ) is a non-profit, non-political organization based in our town of Loganville, GA. These wonderful folks conduct holiday card drives for United States troops who are stationed around the world. OLFH strives to provide a "little bit of home" and a whole lot of love to brave soldiers by sending them "thank-you" cards, letters, and goodies collected from people all over the world. The group also organizes fundraisers and other special events, all in an effort to make those who are so far away from home feel just a little bit closer.
